What IS an Emergency?
Flooding, roof leaks, fires, or being locked out constitute emergencies.
What IS NOT an emergency?
Issues like clogged toilets, burnt-out bulbs, fallen tree limbs, or overgrown grass are not considered emergencies.
What do I need to do to see a rental?
Call to arrange a rental viewing.
How can I pay rent?
Currently, Tenants can pay with Venmo, through Buildium and direct deposit & we are always adding to this list!
How do I apply?
Complete the Fairgreen Application and submit a $50 application fee for each adult resident over 18 years old.
